I'd like to share what I've learned about how habits work and how to avoid common mistakes when trying to build them."

This is a guided email activity where participants can design a new habit for themselves and a gameplan for making it stick.
Objectives:
Participants will learn some of the basics of how habits work and apply that knowledge to making a small but impactful adjustment to their own lives.
Participants take the opportunity to carefully consider a habit they want to build for themselves.
Bonus gravy is if participants learn something new.
Ultra mega bonus is if participants, in a few months' time, have been able to consistently apply their gameplan for a new habit.
